steps

You can begin the process of finding out what your customers want and gain necessary market knowledge of market conditions by following these steps:

  1. Define the research question or objective(s)
  2. Formulate the research plan
  3. Collect the information
  4. Analyze the information
  5. Present the findings
  6. Use the findings to make the decision(s)
